The primary area being the Gwinear-Gwithian Parish and the secondary area being the adjoining parishes of Camborne, Crowan, Hayle, and St Erth. There will be a formal application process. Applications will be reviewed by the Board half yearly (February and July) but can use discretion in cases of urgency or scale. Unspent funds will be rolled over to next period. Applications will be reviewed and assessed by the Board.
