£15,000 match funded grant for the Hall for Gwinear Porch.  Building a porch onto the hall has worked brilliantly for conserving energy and thus lowering the use of heating.  It is a large porch able to accommodate about 20 people who can shelter out of the rain or cold and shut the porch door to prevent heat loss.  Busy Bodies Playgroup, Children’s and Private Parties who hire the Hall, all benefit from the project.  It provides a much more comfortable experience for the community.
